Padma Duraiswamy – Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Padma Duraiswamy is the Co-Founder of Chimera Technologies Pvt. Ltd. She heads Marketing and Finance and is responsible for business and sales strategy . She closely works with clients to maximize the benefits of outsourcing and is responsible for customer relationship. She has been instrumental in taking Chimera from a garage startup to a successful offshore services organization.

Prior to starting Chimera, she has been working with several multi national organizations that includes Mindaware's Software Business and Siemens Information System's healthcare division. She holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Karthick Purushothaman – Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Karthick Purushothaman co-founded Chimera Technologies . He heads Operations and Technology at Chimera. He has been instrumental in identifying a successful “Managed Offshore Model” that has enabled many of our clients to have experienced the real value of off-shoring. His vast experience with technologies and development processes has been the key to win the confidence of several customers. He is an excellent mentor for Project Managers and Senior associates and is instrumental in building the delivery capabilities for the company.

Prior to starting Chimera, he had held several responsibilities at Wipro and Nortel Networks that includes project management. He holds a masters degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, in Software Engineering and Telecommunications.
