A number of corporations are making the move from instructor led training to web based training because of the numerous advantages that e-learning has to offer. Our clients wanted web based trainings for various verticals like sales channel training, product training and customer service.

The Solution

Once the client gave us the specific kind of training material that they were looking at based on the respective vertical such as sales training, product training or customer service, we at Chimera tailor made their web based training solutions based on this requirement. The client gave us the storyboard, and our team of designers worked on a very attractive training solution that could be easily updated and could be used by multiple people. These training solutions gave the sales people or the customer service executives the confidence to sell their product or service to any customer.

The Need

The need was to develop an assessment application that could be used by WBT users to evaluate their level of comprehension of a given subject.

The Solution

At Chimera we have created a number of Assessment applications based on the requirement of the clients. The main goal of all the assessment applications was to enable the WBT users to evaluate the level of comprehension of a given subject. This consisted of pre-assessment modules and post-assessment modules that comprised of online quizzes, games and several other formats of questions and answers like objective and descriptive questions, drag and drop answers or questionnaires etc. The administrator or trainer could access the scores and thereby assess the performance of the user or the student.

Another feature that we have created is that based on the scores obtained by the user, they could be automatically redirected to the corresponding lesson or module or to the next level of training.

The Need

The need was to develop a Learning Management System wherein the student will be able to learn his course online, submit the necessary coursework, complete tests and finally get a rating on how they have performed. The trainer through this system assesses the capability of the student in respective subjects.

The Solution

A web solution was created whose evaluation was based on the Edustrands format. The solution consisted of around 25000 questions and 3000 PDF documents. The questions were all flash based with a great deal of interactivity and a rich user interface. These solutions are integrated with classroom recording solutions, WBT's and evaluation systems. The special feature of these LMS's is that the tutorial follows the SCROM standards.
