Comprehensive KPI System
Client & Business Case:
Client is a FORTUNE 100 enterprise providing Analytical services to BFSI and Retail customers. Chimera was assosciated with global Product Innovation team and were involved in a comprehensive KPI system. The KPI system was to measure any kind of metrics , cross compare KPI’s , with the ability to measure against thresholds over a specified perioid. Their metrics for measurement includes those processes that are complex and industry-specific. When they faced a need to develop an extensive performance dashboard with more intuitive UI and improved performance they turned to Chimera’s proven expertise in the dashboard domain.

Chimera analyzed the UI and performance issues in the existing application and proposed a new solution which would not only meet but exceed the clients requirement. Through the enhanced system, the management could track team member performance based on metrics by applying filters in real time. Sample mock-ups and wireframes brought Chimera’s vision alive visually. Managers now had the ability to drill down and investigate issues as they were identified, to compare multiple KPI’s and display comparison charts. The system allowed assigning a guest user to view other users dashboards on different levels, as well.

Technology :
The application was developed using AJAX controls and custom web parts. For rich user experience and KPI aggregates, Telerik controls were used.
