Video Lounge – Private Video Conferencing

Client & the Business Case:
A leading bank.The branches had to be digitalized. Personalized. The Bank was looking at engaging with customers with complex issues that required expert advice. This expert advice was to be given to the customers at their branches or at a frequently visited place like Shopping Malls and Airports.

A solution based on streaming servers recording conversations while providing large screen video conferencing for private expert discussions was visualized. A powerful queuing engine was integrated to help experts take the calls in same order that they received. This helped walk in customers have longer and more effective discussions with experts in the bank. A real time communication with an expert helped both the bank build customers’ trust and a personal space made the customer comfortable in talking with a trusted advisor. This solution is expected to be extended to multiple locations.
