Padma Duraiswamy - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Padma Duraiswamy is the Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Chimera Technologies Pvt Ltd. Padma is responsible for all aspects of the business operations including Marketing and Finance. Under Padma's leadership, Chimera has grown to serve more than 50 customers worldwide and she has been instrumental in taking Chimera from a small start up company to a successful offshore services organization.

Prior to starting Chimera, Padma had been working with several multi national organizations such as Mindaware Software Business and Siemens Information Systems. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.

Karthick Purushothaman - Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Karthick Purushothaman is the co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer for Chimera Technologies Pvt Ltd. In his capacity as the COO he is responsible for the growth and deliveries of the various ODC's in Chimera. Karthick heads the overall delivery responsibility and provides leadership responsibility in providing maturity to these relationships. He has been instrumental in identifying a successful "Managed Offshore Model" that has enabled many of our clients to experience the real value of off-shoring and derive business benefit from the successful adoption and use of critical technologies. His folio of engagements includes enterprise product development, customer solutions and consulting for multiple accounts for various verticals.

Prior to founding Chimera, Karthick has held several responsibilities at Wipro and Nortel Networks. He holds a masters degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago in Software Engineering and Telecommunications.
