Chimera signs up for SaaS Product development

As the world is gearing to capitalize on the SaaS model, Chimera signs up with a UK client to develop a comprehensive multilingual SaaS solution for retail outlets in the UK and Middle East. Chimera to replace a legacy Survey and analytics tool for CISCO

This would be used by Cisco globally to send surveys, capture feedback and analyze responses of various products and services of Cisco.

The challenge is to collate the feedbacks received in a free text format and categorize it for reporting.This application would approximately reduce 15 man month efforts that are currently spent by Cisco on a yearly basis.
