Quality Process Automation
Siemens wanted to automate the tasks of reporting and consolidating that are used to maintain quality across different locations. We developed a workflow management application to do just this. This application empowers employees, management and auditors to access relevant information about the quality processes and procedures at the click of a mouse. It also allowed them access all quality related documents like forms, reports and templates used in the process.
This application caters to different categories of users at different levels. It also allows employees to raise queries. When such an event occurs the implementer of the process gets an automated message about the query and takes the necessary action. After the query has been answered and the implementer confirms to the same, the QMR closes the query.
