Work Flow
Agere Systems was looking for a comprehensive solution that would automate the average day in the life of its employee and create a common internal platform for communication and message exchanged between the employees, departments and the management. After understanding the scope of the system, we developed a custom documents management system to manage the internal documents of all the departments including HR, Accounts, Finance and System Admin.
The application also allowed all project members to access all project related information, documents and discussions very easily. An Issue Tracking System was also provided for to enable employees to lodge system related complaints which thereby enabled administrators to track and sort the problem out quickly. The highlight of the application however was the small personal touch. We created a virtual personal workspace for the employees to publish information about themselves and to initiate discussion forums. An application with a right mix of the professional and personal.
