GE conducted classroom trainings once a year. The most obvious issue was easy storage and retrieval of the content of these trainings. The department however, also wanted to automate the process of publishing training schedules, participation, assignments and report generation. We provided them with an ingenuous end to end solution that not only automated these processes using a web tool, but also recorded the proceedings in the classroom for the participants to watch later. This of course led to an increase in trainer productivity, quality of the content for the training resulting in a considerable decrease in the overheads of the training department.
