The Need :

A dynamic and interactive kiosk software was required that would enable their customers (sports fans) to purchase their favourite sports products online. The kiosk was to be deployed in different environments and needs to display diverse content based on the location/sport/franchisee. The system maintainer must be able to manage, maintain and load different content (advertisements, store products, pricing, orders, user interface, offers, promotions and etc) on different kiosks or groups of kiosks remotely.

The Solution :

A web application was designed and deployed in kiosk with a very rich UI which provides user a real easy navigation to quickly navigate to select available products. Each screen has an audio help to assists the user of the kiosk system.

The system is integrated to a payment gateway system for online payment authorizations. User can track order status and modify the order items using the web site. Some of the products displayed on the site are also “Yet to launch” products thereby making it more exciting for the users.

Kiosk contents are customizable and manageable through a web-based Administrative application.
