The Need :

To develop a kiosk application that will allow guests and visitors of office buildings to search and communicate with employees through voice and register to obtain physical access.

The Solution :

A quick and easy to navigate kiosk software was designed to enable a kiosk to replace a receptionist in an office environment and to avoid long queues at the reception desk. It allows visitors of businesses to search for their contact in the organization. The software also facilitated the visitor to communicate with employees directly from a kiosk in an office entrance or lobby through an easy to use interface.

Visitors will be able to quickly find who they are looking for. In case they have trouble, Reception Kiosk has built in help capabilities with an option to "Call for Help". Reception Kiosk is customizable and manageable through a web-based Administrative Console.
