Prior to founding Chimera, Padma has worked at several multinational organisations.

Karthick Purushothaman is the co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer for Chimera Technologies Pvt Ltd. The buck of ensuring growth and meeting deliveries of the various ODC's in Chimera stops at Karthik's desk. At the heart of Karthik's focus on execution excellence is his love for solving problems using technology. He pioneered the "Managed Offshore Model" for Chimera's clients helping them unlock the true business potential of offshoring.

Shankar brings with him over 28 years of international IT industry experience across 45 countries with specific focus on Banking, Financial Markets and Insurance domains. A Master-class Corporate Director from the Institute of Directors and an Executive Coach from Erickson College International, Shankar's area of specialisation is on growth and niche Strategy, organisation structuring in the organic and M&A contexts, product/process innovation and engineering, execution excellence, talent management.
