About Champion of Chimera

 

A comprehensive organization-wide reward and recognition program. It is a yearly program and program is applicable to all Employees of Chimera.

 

This is a prestigious reward and recognition program to identify the effort of the team member who has gone beyond the scope of duties and shown exemplary dedication at work. The impetus to this program comes from employees identifying such team members including self.

 

It is the intention of the company to recognize the efforts of Employees who not only do their job well but go beyond the scope of their assignment and show exemplary dedication to work. Reward and Recognition are designed to provide acknowledgment and reinforcement for such desirable behavior.

 

The Champion of Chimera Award recognise employee with shield and prize money with an addition to be permanently featured in our Champion Wall.
