For the Human resource department, the client was looking for the web-enabled analytics platform. The HR performance analysis had been manually consolidated and performed in excel sheets, where their existing systems were pulling data from disparate systems and manually sending the Analytical reports to the corporate headquarters for their executive meetings. The data was difficult to aggregate and report on a timely basis.
A well-organized plan was considered to scale the needs of the client for changing the business environment. The main component was to eliminate the manual process and develop an appropriate architecture and user experience.
Chimera’s Analytic’s team has evaluated the high-level executive MIS Requirements and provide a Rich Internet Application (RIA) based solution. The web-based solution helped the client to access the HR performance parameters, KPIs, and management reports on the fly at very ease of use with no IT team interventions. Chimera has designed and developed a Widget-based Dashboard solution for their global leads on various metrics such as HR analytics & Six Sigma Analysis, HR portfolio and program management analysis, HR core performance Dashboards and many more.
Our team had met and overcame the challenges of utilizing the existing DataStores, elimination of the complete manual processes, and consolidation from disparate systems and data sources. The client could drill down and mine the underlying data from a global view of their corporate performance using simple clicks.
