Darwill Inc is a leading company to print solution provider to enterprise customers. They are a full-service partner in delivering consistent data-driven information for client acquisition and retention.

 

Challenge

The client’s need was to customize the product in terms of interface changes as per their corporate profile and access to their collaterals and its custom field definitions.

 

Our Strategy

By understanding the client needs from knowledge transfer sessions, Chimera came up with a fool-proof plan to create a co-development environment.


 

Our Solution

Chimera built the series of enhancements for the database, and the applications were identified. Specifications based on each customer’s preferences were drawn up, and Chimera followed up by customization. The user could also see the printing output in every step using third party tools. Screen flows, screen designs, customizations process was also modified. The work was executed partly offshore and partly onsite.
