Sweet Chariot is three-decade-old leading bakery headquartered in Bangalore with branches all over India. Sweet Chariot is a brand by itself catering to all leading corporate.
Challenge:
Our client lacked online presence and wanted to start selling its bakery and confectionary products online, which enables the customers to order online from anywhere. The requirement was to build an online shopping cart where the customers could purchase the products and an integrated payment gateway to make payments online.
Furthermore, the client wanted to build a facility wherein the customer service executive would be able to chat with the customer online who is visiting the website for any related support.

After a few sessions with the client, a modern solution was implemented with an attractive user interface which has an additional tool like reminders on special events.
Our Solution:
For Sweet Chariot, Chimera built a custom storefront that allowed Sweet Chariot employees to monitor and process orders from around the world. Chimera also made sure the site is Search Engine Optimized, the highlight being that the site received its first order on its first day of service after Google indexed it without any internet or offline marketing attempts. The website also enables the client to configure reminders of all special events. Plus, it allows the administrator of the site to track visitors across pages in real time and offer assistance to the visiting client.
